At Micas, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely tape it to your package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your return parcel to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
